Reliability & Punctuality: You show up on time, take ownership of your day, and communicate clearly.
Attention to Detail: Precision finishes, clean lines, and respect for our clients' homes and property.
Professional Standards: Self-motivated, trustworthy, and able to work independently or alongside the wider team.
Requirements: Relevant trade qualifications (NVQ/City & Guilds or time-served equivalent), a valid UK driving licence, and your own essential tools.
